Festival Orchestra I

Contra dance band consisting of many Festival participants. A pianist, fidder, and conductor for each session has been pre-selected. If you'd like to join the band, there is no need to pre-register. Just show up with instrument in hand, and play! Conductors and lead musicians will be picking tunes from The Portland Collection and the New England Fiddler's Repertoire, both of which will be available to the Orchestra. If you'd like to bring some other music, please make enough copies for all the players to see.
